There are bumper plugs available to plug the holes. There are even some available in the proper colors, otherwise you’ll need to get a primer color set and paint it with touch up paint.

I covered mine with black plastic car plugs that are used throughout the car panels. They went in with aome force, won't pop out, and i have 3 little black dots in the front. No big whoop.

Have you looked on Etsy? There seem to be lots of generic Ford logo plates, some Mustang plates, some of the old Ford Performance team logo plates and several offers to make custom plates.

Figure out what the plugs are called and find a friend with a 3D printer. Printables has a pattern for virtually everything.
