How long to get FordPass Rewards?

I signed up for the FordPass, have the app and keyless entry etc, and signed up for the rewards site, but haven’t received the points. Unsure if I missed a step, or if it just takes time.

It’s been 2 weeks since I got the car and signed up.

I had to call to get my points.

My account was already active, got them within 2 days. The dealership needs the email address on that account.

Same here. Long active account, and it took 3 days (weekend involved).
