They sell hot glue dent removal kits on Amazon, I've had pretty good success with them. Worth a try first.

Agree, get a new hood and then try the hot glue pullers on the rest.
I’ve seen the hot glue pullers, but for the number of dents on pulling out, I thought getting the tools to press them out from underneath would make more sense. Or I could get both and for those hard to reach ones use the glue. Thank you for your experience and comments.

Find a painless dent repair guy.
Probably able to remove most of worst.
Some of them that are really good I swear it’s magic. Normally less than a body shop.
Thank you, I’ll have to find a dent repair guy that works independent of a body shop. I think the body shop probably has a lot more overhead. i’ll probably get a quote first, and then evaluate doing some myself to save on the total cost of the repair.

That's a beautiful car even with the dimples.
Honestly, I'd only repair the low hanging fruit. Anything that's going to take too much away from the BARGAIN you have, diminishes the great story that came with the car.

Embrace the decision!

Thank you. We paid $27K for a $60K car.

Definitely understand why that price tempted you.

Looking at the pic, from what I know about PDR, anything on a corner or where you can’t access behind it is going to be hard, expensive or impossible to repair.

I would be tempted to price out all new body panels, wrap it and be done.

Option 2 is repair what you can and live with a good deal.

We’re leaning towards Option 1. New roof and hood…get out other dents and wrap it.
I’d take that deal any day of the week!
💯

Fill and sand the old hood, then wrap it. Heck wrap the roof. It'd buy time for you to try to find the paint matched hood.

I'd jump on that deal as well. How'd you find it?

Are you familiar with auto Tempest? It’s a used car aggregator website that’s advertised on various YouTube channels like Tavarish. The dealer is called automania in Dallas. If you go to their website, they still have some Mustang keys for sale.

Fantastic deal, looks great with the dark wheels, drive it like Bonnie and Clyde for a few months and enjoy!

At $27,000 I'm curious what the actual cost would be to bring it back smooth in the paint shop.

Wondering if you can collect Hood Hatch and other parts at the auto recycler over a couple months to save some money if you were gonna to wrap it anyway
