Crying in my beer today... ~$27k repair estimate

1) Went on vacation last month.
2) Allowed adult house sitter access to 2023 Mach E GT.
3) House sitter gets a side impact from a service van backing up in a parking lot - unavoidable and not their fault.
4) Estimate just received? ~$27k.
5) Crying in my beer, knowing I only paid $33k for it with 14k miles 6 months ago.
6) Screaming in my beer knowing that I just put 4 new tires on it the week before we left on vacation.
7) Throwing beer mug at wall while screaming knowing it will be totalled.

If anyone has a Rapid Red 2024-25 GT to sell....I'm now on the hunt.

I dunno I've seen some videos online where they put hot water and then cold water and the metal pops out looking brand new... Give that a shot.

Literally felt a gut punch when I saw that. I am unsure but I think 25 and later (until changed again) the red is now Molten Magenta. Which also is beautiful. If I had not bought my car when I did it would be SERIOUSLY hard to pick.

Actually NC is pretty laid back state to drive in (the Blue Ridge Parkway is a dream) unless you are on an interstate. There, all of the out of state arseholes are a menace.
