Do you mean TPMS? You need to move the sensors to the new wheels, or buy compatible sensors and have them installed.

No need to recalibrate cameras for rim and tire change.

Alignment is a good idea to maximize your tire life but not required.

If your alignment is good prior to replacing the rims, it should still be good after, unless shop shenanigans take place...
