FordPass Reward Points - How long till they show up?

It's my understanding we'll get 22,000 FordPass Reward points for purchasing our Mach-E. I haven't seen any indication that I'm going to be receiving them yet myself. I've activated all connected services/etc but nothing yet.

How long until we might see them show up? Anyone already received them?

I bought 4 new tires from Ford and got 30,000 points. However, it took about 6 weeks for them to show up. I also have a Ford Rewards Points VISA and we run ALL our household expenses through the card (payoff balance every month so no interest) and earned 14,757 points in November; 17,152 points in December and 31,886 points in January. There was a snafu with them showing up as VISA had the wrong Rewards Points account number but that has been corrected and hopefully they'll show up soon. I have redeemed some points for wheel locks, first aid kit and road safety kit. I plan to use them for another FOB and an appliqué for rear shelf where hatchback opens. Also will use them for any maintenance.

I think points expire after 1 year.

Call the dealer's parts manager.doesn't even have to be your dealer.

Did anyone get another round of FordPass Reward Points? I purchased my MME on 3/26, and I got 22,000 points on 3/31. I immediately used all of the points towards the purchase of an ESP, which left me with a balance of zero. When I woke up this morning, I had a new message in the FordPass app saying that I have new Rewards Points. Sure enough, I now have another 22,000 points in my account. Anyone else?

Maybe they got confused since I used the original points so quickly. I don't really have anything else to buy right away, so I guess I'll wait and see if they stick around or get pulled back out.

This happened to me once when I used the points quickly. They corrected their mistake soon after and removed the points that were in error.

I still don't have my original 22,000. Time to call FordPass again.
