My car production date changed from 1/24 to 2/9. I think that means it is done as my dealer showed me a screenshot that said it was in the trim shop which is the last stop prior to shipping. I just looked on Palsapp and my VIN says "origin Kansas City" with a tracking number. The Ford website says my car has not shipped yet. Wonder what is going on?

Means palsapp is ready to pick up car but does not dates yet until train reaches KC and then two days to drop off at Muncie ramp approx. you will know when it ships from plant as the ship date will show in vin tracker

It seems like the average time between "produced" and "shipped" is about 7-8 calendar days.

Not so fast, mine was produced on 1-18-21. ETA is still 90-01-01, and still says in production. It's been just sitting there for 4 weeks. I want my mache and I want it now.

I got the congratulations it is built email this afternoon. Official build date of 2/4 according to the tracker. Estimated delivery 3/6 - 3/12, that would put it in around 4 weeks from today. Very curious if they can get it shipped to KC and then back to Fort Worth in that time, considering the shipping times discussed by others. I am patient, it will get here when it gets here.

Well.... That might stretch the average out a bit haha. Yours also was built around the time when they were still in that funky "recall for QC issues" mode.

I find it interesting that my build date was 2/04 and my ship date was 2/10, but delivery to my dealer in DFW area (Five Star Ford, Carrollton) is estimated to be APRIL 2-8. I don't think the ship date means "wheels turning." Maybe just when paperwork was turned over to the carrier? Any thoughts on a 51-57 day transit time...to Texas?

OK, so about 3 weeks after my build 'week' I finally got the update last night. Still no email from Ford though.

I guess I can stop hitting refresh quite as often now... maybe.

Your transit time will half or less. They are way over estimating the time ... there are multiple reports of this bug delivered earlier. It should only take 25 days based on what we have seen .

Your car is built, but you won't get the email until the status changes to "awaiting shipment" or "in transit".

Congrats! Yeah, expect the email from Ford anywhere from 5-10 calendar days after February 11th for you, based on what others are seeing.

Your transit time will half or less. They are way over estimating the time ... there are multiple reports of this bug delivered earlier. It should only take 25 days based on what we have seen .

That's alright. My delivery will make up for his early delivery and a few others, several times over.

Finally got that email from Ford saying my car is built and on it's way! It says I should get delivery between March 12 and 18th. Finally some actual dates!
For what it's worth nothing has changed on my details page on the Ford order manager. There is no green check mark yet saying in production?!?!
