As others have said make sure the 120V plug is fully seated into the EVSE, and that the outlet you're using is correctly grounded.

So make sure that the cord is fully pushed into the mobile charger and flush. I felt like an idiot after thinking I had pushed it into the female end on the charger as far as it would go and turns out I didn’t. Got the same error as you showed
SOLVED. That was it.

Not sure if you tried charging without scheduled charging. Try that if you haven't to reduce possible failure areas.

In our PHEV Pacifica, it took Chrysler at least 6 months to get a software update that worked.

Bingo. Yes using the mobile charger.

What is also a potential problem, when you set schedules for all locations and you are near empty and expect a charging session, your car thinks i have to wait for the scheduled time...

Happend to me 2 times years ago in public charging parking garages and baffled me at the time...

I had set charging times during daylight because Solar panels and forgot about this when went for dinner in the city...

Luckily the MME won't let you set a schedule for a new location until you have charged there?

This part is tricky for sure, even setting up the home location took a few tries to get right. I personally pay the same for power at any hour so I just set the clock to 24 hours.

This must be why you have to set a schedule for a charger after using it. They don't want you to plug in and expect it to charge but it doesn't

Where can we see these bulletins? Is there a consumer website to view?
I have been posting them in that section here on the forum. There are a couple more I can add. The most recent one was about the key fob quantity. You only get one fob. The car is not misbuilt due to the lack of a second fob. That one made me laugh out loud a bit...

I expect we can charge anytime anywhere. No schedule required.

His message is misleading. It just says that charging stopped and would normally give the location......since no location was ser yet it just said unknown. If he had set the location to be home then it would have said charging paused at home.
