I just got the letter today for 25C69 stating that the software update is available. Does anyone know if this one will be coming OTA?

My dealer completed mine via a mobile visit to my home today, the technician was only here for about an hour. Thank you FORD for the stellar service!

I was planning to wait for an OTA, but a dealer emailed me and offered their mobile service. Pretty cool of them to reach out. Update only took 15 minutes. The tech didn't connect a battery charger to the 12V; said the state-of-charge was high enough to not need it.

Smaller updates can be done that way. Larger ones that also run cooling fans and such need the battery maintainer.

what does the nhtsa site show when you put your vin in? Mine says recall incomplete, remedy not available. What about the ford recall site? Looking for any clues when to expect it

No, I had it done by Ford mobile service.

Last time I had a recall with a software update as the fix my dealer offered mobile service when a tech came to the house and did the update. This time I called and was told this wasn't offered for this fix. Is this fix too complicated or too long for a mobile tech or did my dealer (which recently was sold to Group 1) stop offering this as a option?

I had the 25C69 update done at my house by Foed Mobile yesterday on my 2024 premium.
