What exactly is a VV Report? Is that the Ford Confidential Database? My main reason for asking is to understand if I ask my local dealer if they can send me the VV Report, will they have any clue what I am referring to? Maybe officially, they are instructed not to share with customers but some bend the rules?
I just shot off an email asking for the report, like others mentioned and it was a few minutes back with a response. No questions asked.

Just so you're on the same page, ask him for a copy of the Vehicle Visibility report for your VIN
Yes I got update yesterday. My Mach is on SHIP HOLD in Kanas !!!!
There are virtually no updates you can get during the time your car is enroute from Cuautitlan to Kansas City. After that you may see it move on palsapp to another depot though it’s rather slow in updating.
Mine supposedly left Mexico Feb 10th. No updates since. VVR says stopship. No proof it left Mexico or arrived in KC. The railroad car that the vvr says it shipped in from Mexico was heading south as of this week. So.... complete blackhole.
It got caught in the storm and that literally sidelined the train for a bit. Plus it averages 10 to 15 mph. So it’s a 2 week trip more or less under normal circumstances.
My mache was shipped 2/16, palsapp didn't update tell 3/4 when it was delivered to the Argentine ramp. But I don't know if it's in the stopship or if the ETA 3/21 - 3/28 is still in effect.
