It think that means you have the emergency services, (automatic 911 call) disabled.

It means the "911 Assist" feature is turned off- the ability of the car to call 911 if it detects an accident.

the default in all versions before Sync 4a is "off" for some reason - I'm guessing that's true in 4a as well. It's going to be in the phone/Bluetooth settings somewhere.

I can't tell you because it's not in the manual and I don't have my car yet. But it's going to be in the Bluetooth settings or Phone settings somewhere, probably in the per-phone (per-device) settings, if Sync 4a is like earlier releases.

I'm not 100% sure because I'd have to go play some (and assume that Sync 3 = Sync 4a this way), but I believe this is indicating an open WiFi access point is being detected (vs. one that needs a password to connect). Something along those lines anyway.

i Think it means hook up to WiFi plus connected to internet.

Will try to remember to check later, I think "i" usually means push on the icon for available information? Possibly shows which WiFi you are connected to.
