You need to get the railcar number from your dealer or a kind soul on this forum that has access to Vehicle Visibility reports. With that number, you can call the automated Norfolk Southern tracking line to find out where it is.
Can anyone help me get the railcar number? What do you need? Just the Vin?

Unfortunately, I don't think the dealer is going to put together a written plan of action on that. So you might have to deal with it or be prepared for them to sell it to somebody else. I'm concerned about this and the screen whining. If I get both, I'm going to be pretty disappointed.... but then again, still waiting for the car three weeks after my delivery window is pretty disappointing anyways. Very happy for everyone else though!
Seems like they could send it to a reputable glass shop in the area in the amount of time it would take to write up a plan. A Fort tech could come from corporate to supervise or help.

No car for me and no signs it is about to arrive. It was to the last train stop March 19th which is 2.5-3 hours away from my dealer. VVR does not show stopship but when my dealer contacted their Ford rep, they said it was on stopship for maintenance.

i don’t know why it would have left KC where it seems Ford is doing all the QC checks if it still need fixed. Or at least deliver to the dealer so they can do the fix. Seems strange.

Tomorrow is the end of my original eta. The new is April 24.

I was really hoping to have this car well ahead of completing my order for my GT that I also reserved. Wanted to know which options I like and color etc. Ford is making that difficult.

Well I am from this build week. Car got delivered to the dealership last week and Saturday schedule to pick it up and sign everything. The dealership did not bother checking for the recall until Saturday so they said they can not deliverer it. Plus they jack around on my trade not even atempung to take ford lock in off bs. I had to fight and threaten to pull the trade completely and just pay cash.
All that above and you did not bother looking for recalls... Ford has issues in some of its dealership networks.

FordPass is updating and activated now...27 miles on odometer. Not sure why so many miles lol. They are probably joy riding it.
I just picked up my car yesterday and it already had 25 miles on it too. I was thinking the exact same thing. After driving it for the first time I wouldn't blame them ?. The car is so damn smooth on the road, and the responsiveness is exhilarating. The wait was well worth it.

I am now without a car! Sold my car outright Friday, the day I was supposed to close on MME. Not sure what the dealer is going to do since they won't sell me my ordered car with issue. Very frustrated that this was not caught and halted at the factory. I would not have sold my car.

My ETA is still 3/28, hasn’t changed yet. Emailed my dealer and he said he couldn’t see anything more on his end. I didn’t really feel like pushing harder, so the wait continues.

If you are referring to what Ford quoted to you as your trade in value when going through the online payment process, that’s what happened to me as well. I spent ten minutes arguing with them about the value I got there (which also matched three other quotes I received), and the finance manager finally said, sorry that’s what the GM said, we can’t give you that value. I finally gave up and just sold to CarMax for that amount. I’m still a little salty over it. I think the most frustrating thing to me is the disconnect between Ford and their dealers.
