SecuriAlert in Europe?

Ford has launched SecuriAlert in Europe and I have seen US forum members having access.
Has anyone in Europe seen this yet? I just updated to 3.27.0 NOR in the iOS app and cannot see the SecuriAlert feature.

Don't be in a rush to get it. I've turned it off because it is implemented very poorly. I really don't need an alert telling me my driver door opened every time I turn off the car and get out at my destination.
