Awesome, guess I'll be waiting a while longer, I ordered August 23rd! Route 1, was iconic silver, now Rapid Red.Order placed the first week of May for a Premium, Rapid Red, ER
This makes sense since last week's group of scheduling goes through the last full week of November, and 2022 production starts on 11/29. At this point, any MME that hasn't been scheduled yet will very likely be a 2022.I just got a call from my dealer who told me my order is being converted to a 2022 (I ordered 8/27 and haven't been scheduled yet).
Check your VIN. I am also 11/22 week and it looks like a 2021When will the change to 2022 production begin?
I finally got a build date last week and wonder if Ill get a 21 or 22
Build date is last week of November !
Checked in with my dealer today and confirmed that my car (ordered 8/22 and no build week yet obviously) will end up as a 2022. He mentioned the only change he's aware of so far is the slight battery tweak mentioned previously.
interesting. Theoretically my car is built and waiting on chips. It's silver.I've heard different things. My dealer said that it was being discontinued. Folks in this forum have said that Ford reached the quota for silver for 2021 models, and that it will return for 2022. So not sure what he 100% facts are.
I don't even have a schedule yet. so We'll see!interesting. Theoretically my car is built and waiting on chips. It's silver.
Spoke to my dealer. Silver is an option for 22.interesting. Theoretically my car is built and waiting on chips. It's silver.
Same production date here (it was 1 week earlier a while back, has been stable since), ordered May 15th.My original order from 04/21/21 still has a production date of 10/25/21 and is still 2021.
Do you have your vin? Print down the window sticker at tracking.Same production date here (it was 1 week earlier a while back, has been stable since), ordered May 15th.
Hope yours works out (more than I might normally, as it likely means mine will too) ?
Probably just the charging increases in the PowerUp Darren talked about in the InsideEVs interview.Yeah that could be the case. Either way it's increased range. And hopefully faster sustained charging at level 3 chargers.
