New owners manual as pdf ???

It looks like the owners manual for builds after June is only available as HTML. Is there a way to get this new one as a pdf (so I can print/highlight stuff)?

Although my version of Acrobat Reader, on this PC, just gives me a blank window when I try to Save File As. Have to go to a different PC.

Good news is yesterday Ford says my MME is shipped. Wonder why it won't arrive until 2nd week of December.

6 weeks is a pretty standard shipping estimate.
