Hi guys, we need your suggestion, do you think we should make a rear seat protector on the back of the rear seat?

It shall look like something like this, do you think it is practical? would you buy it if we make one?

I would not buy this. I already have the Ford seat covers and they cover the backs of the seats. If I’m hauling something that might tear through those, I’ll take my truck.

If it matches the design of the cargo liner you have, then yes I would be interested. I wouldn't want two areas that looked like it came from different companies. I have a white lab and that does not mix well with black carpet. Right now I am using a canvas that covers the cargo area and back of the seats. While this is much easier than cleaning white fur that gets woven into carpet, it still takes some effort to clean as the fur clings to the canvas.

Echoing this. I’d be interested in a matching set. The Mach-E will be our only vehicle until we get a Rivian or Lighting, so decent cargo area protection would be great for the many home improvement store trips we make.

I just sold my F150 and not planning on getting another truck so this will be my only home improvement store vehicle. Another reason why I want more protection besides my doggie fur.

Agree with that. We have a lab/hound mix and her shedding is sometimes uncontrollable, especially between seasons. I also got a new backseat “dog taco” with fold up sides, because I’d have pet hair make it’s way all over the carpet between the seat bottom, door card and cargo area panels in my Ford Edge. Always a mess to clean up.

Found this a few months ago and I’ve been recommending it to anyone with shedding pets in the car. https://www.buffbrite.com/products/fits-it-all-kit

Yes, I am interested as well, as long as it matches as @markboris said. BTW - is there a difference in the GT/GTPE and other model seats in the rear cargo area, or will this fit all models?

I'd probably buy something like that depending on what it costs, how it looks, and how it attaches.
it is most likely to use velcro

Velcro would work perfect as that is how the canvas I have now is attached and sticks very well to the factory carpet.

As a owner of the Ford trunk liner I'd be interested as long as it would seat properly with the Ford liner as well as your own. That's likely a tall order to fill but would be great if you could.
Agree with this
