Filled in an change form. Modified my order sometime after I submitted here to be a Premium AWD/Extended Range model. Email from October notified me the order is being converted into 2022, and a second email in November confirming the new order with a $750 credit. No build dates yet.

Joe, you have to click on the link and add your info as good as you know it. I just did mine last week. Some of the info you might not have. I didnt have stuff either. Good luck.
