Eeny meeny miny moe, where did my presets go?

In the last couple of weeks, the car seems to be randomly reassigning radio prest buttons -- mostly double assigning SiriusXM channels that I frequently listen to -- replacing existing preset stations. Anyone else experiencing this?

And on a related note, that last OTA update indicated that radio presets could be assigned via the cloud, but I can't find this functionality on either the Ford connected services page or the FordPass app. Does anybody know where this lives?

Didn't help. Went back to the original configuration with the double assignments.

This is part of the initial setup when you first get the car. You've already done that so you can't go back and change it. Its a one time setup.

You can do a master reset on your car, and you can then setup the remote profile again, if you really wanted to.

OK. Got it. One time set up. With all the challenges I had setting up PAAK, I'm not going to try resetting the profile.

Well, then I guess all you can do at this point is overwrite the second instances of those two presets with whatever they were before and hope that they stay that way.

I'll try that, but I find it very irritating that presets change on their own. Has only been happening since the latest update.

I've had my presets disappear and get replaced with random others several times now.

Interesting. This happened on my guest profile (randomly made duplicate presets).

And here I blamed my wife for hitting the wrong buttons. She will be happy to know it wasn’t her.

About two weeks ago I manually rest my presets back to where I had set them originally. Now they're starting to change on their own again.
