What happened to the battery percentage in fordpass app?

Ford Pass had a hiccup today. Look at the date is provided, which would indicate zero battery and mileage as of 12/31/1 - assuming year 1 not 2001.

@JoelOclock - This same thing happened to me a couple weeks back over the Thanksgiving holiday. I think it took about 2 days to come back up on my phone. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app, logging out and back in, updating, deleting PaaK and adding anew and none of it worked, but then, magically it was back up and running 2 days later. It actually kept reporting in my wife's app on her phone for about 24 hours longer than mine, but then hers stopped for about a day, too. I mentioned it in one of the threads on the site here and no one else seemed to be impacted at the time. No idea what happened with it, but it did start working for me after a couple of days.

Maybe try doing a force shut down of the phone and restarting it. App could have a corruption as well. May need to delete and reinstall.

Tried this also. Just introduced the new PAAK issue but still no battery %

Can you see any other vehicle status like tire pressure. Wondering if the modem is not communicating. Has the car been started since the issue surfaced?

Edit: You should see "Updated X hours ago" if the modem sent a report the last time you shut down.

Updated 1 hour ago. Tire pressure shows.

Ford team escalated battery % issue and guided me to do a PAAK reset which solved the secondary issue that arose from deleting the app

I also had this happen. The % display on the Home tab was there. It's the one that's in the Vehicle tab that was missing. I updated to the latest Ford Pass and it came back.

Something else now though. Notifications from Ford Pass stopped couple weeks ago. Not sure if it's an iOS bug or FP itself, or maybe I need to restart my phone which I thought I did.
