Hello All,

I had put a deposit on a dealer ordered Mach E couple weeks back that just arrived today. When the dealer called me for it, I asked if the 0% 36 month financing is still available. The guy double checked and said it's no longer available even though initially the promotion said it will last till 1/3/22.

Does anyone know if I can somehow still get the 0%, since ford said it will be available till 1/3/22.

I will probably not be getting the car if 0% isn't available :(

I haven’t been following rates but I don’t recall any rates below 1.4% for the Mach E. Ford has different rates for different models

The APR program rates and Ford Options program rates changed on December 6th.

The 0% APR program is no longer available.

Ordered units should have incentive protection. Have the dealer call their factory rep and submit a request through program headquarters

Hmmm. When I bought (early on), they told me the best ford credit could offer was 0.9 for 36 months. Oh well.

I think you should be fine if you ordered personally. They should honor the incentive as of when you placed the order. My dilemma is that I only placed a deposit with the dealer (not Ford company) for one of the Mach E that the dealer placed an order to sell at retail. All the deposit guarantees me is that they will give me right of first refusal.
I will still try to get them to ask the factory rep to place a request through program headquarters. Fingers crossed that it works.

When you bought, 0.9% was the best rate available from Ford Credit. Then the rates changed. And now they changed them, again. It happens from time to time.

That's not how Ford Credit financing works, nor most of the purchase incentive programs. They have expiration dates, can and do change, and the only incentives that can be applied are the ones available when you complete the purchase or lease.

When you're ready to pickup the vehicle, it may be wise to be prepared with alternative options for payment, or to be ready to walk away if you need to.

Good to know! I'm hoping they honor the 0% as the incentive expiry was scheduled for 1/3/22. If they don't, I will probably walk and wait to see what Hyundai and Kia come up with for their electric offerings.

Where do you see that the 0% was supposed to go through 1/3?

They never remove incentives early, just change or extend when the expiration date comes.

But if you’re gonna walk over financing rates changing a percent, I’m guessing you don’t really like the car that much.

Inflation is running over 6%. I wouldn't have confidence in Hyundai / Kia to have offerings any more competitive to Ford's.

I wish I had taken a screenshot but it's no longer advertised anywhere. I remember the expiry date because I had multiple discussions with my dealer when asking them for when the car will be delivered and whether it will be before 1/3 to get these rates.
