Vibration in rear floorboard

I have a Mach E Premium Extended Range AWD and I have read other posts that discuss the bouncy/stiff ride which I can live with considering the car's weight. My problem isn't with the stiffness but instead a rattle/thump sound under the rear seat floorboard that is heard with every bump and is felt through the floorboard by rear passengers. It's almost as if the rear battery is loose and bounces freely with every bump (if that's even possible). The local Ford dealer didn't find anything but I suspect that they only focused on the suspension. I've had the car since May 2021 and only recently started experiencing this problem, has anyone else experienced anything similar?

Hi - It ended up being a missing rear retainer clip which the local Ford dealer didn't identify but a nearby dealer did.
