Stuck in Mira Loma

I actually work at a Ford dealer in SO California, usually very good at incoming vehicle tracking. The Mach-E's have been incredibly frustrating, Ford does not update their whereabouts between when they leave Mexico and when they get to Mira Loma, sometimes they do and make it seem like they go from the factory to Canada, get on a truck and go around the Mid West for a couple of weeks before getting on Union Pacific, disappear until they show up at the dealer's door. Never seen anything like it, can't find help at Ford, they refer customers to call dealers, and we don't know anything. The latest challenge, we have a couple of Mach-E's at Mira Loma, I was told by the regular trucking company that brings them to us that they have been reassigned to another unknown trucking company, i am at a loss, any idea?

This is disturbing. I thought that ownership of vehicles changed hands technically when the vehicles left the plant? Ford can’t tell you where your property is?

Basically I just need to find out which trucking company is going to deliver the Mach-E's, it's not Hansen and Adkins nor Metrogistics

I know where the cars are( Mira Loma train depot), just don't know who is going to bting them to the dealer

My 2021 Mach E has been in Mira Loma for several weeks now, I wish Ford would help with this. Very frustrating.

Out of curiosity, I realize it might be thinking there's nowhere else to turn and just venting, but what assistance do you expect the forum to be of?

Your question is a question to be directed to the trucking company doing the handoff to the unknown company.

@transport cutious If they do, as a dealer you should be able to open an account in their system OVSS that will give you visibility into everything being shipped to your dealership,

I know it doesn't address the original question but as a point of reference my car arrived Mira Loma on the 6th of Jan and sat for nine days and was just delivered to local dealer yesterday the 15th. Don't know who the trucking company was.
