Mach-E fan club in Raleigh, NC??

not sure what there was to share. I tracked my order online. I ordered with the expectation of it was going to be a long wait, and it has.

Not looking for too much but asked about their allocation and how many outstanding orders they have. I was prepared to wait for 7-10 mos (still am) but was surprised when they originally said it could be here in 3-4 mos. I don't see a reservation under my account on Ford but Apex confir
Ed the order is in. If I understand them correctly, I won't see anything until a VIN is assigned.

Prepared to wait for a while but this forum is not making me optimistic ?

Just to hop on to this thread with my experience. I ordered a Premium AWD ER from Crossroads on 11/24. Got my build date of 3/14 on 1/20. No VIN or anything yet. As others have mentioned, no ADM and they’ve guaranteed the lower price I initially ordered at will be honored. I stopped by the dealership for the first time last week to sit in the car for a while, it’s an impressive place. There were two in the lot on chargers and two more inside. At least one CR1 for sale that wasn’t listed yet, definitely ADM on that one though. My experience with them so far (via emails mostly) is that they’re decent folks / this dealer is one of the good ones.

For what it's worth, with all of the adjustments to dates, plant shutdown this week and people seeing their delivery ETA's moved from March to June.....Crossroads of SP provides an update to me on Fridays from what they see in their system (assuming the Vehicle Visibility Report). They state that Friday is when the overall system updates meaningfully.

My GT, 'produced' on 03 Feb went from delivery estimate of 8 March to 8 June earlier this week....which appeared to happen to ALOT of people in the 1/31 production thread on this forum. I will let you know what I get back from the dealer tomorrow. Fingers crossed that we aren't stuck in the chip hold 'penalty box'.

I ordered my MME GTPE from Crossroads Ford in Oct 2021 and by that I mean I did all the research and ordering process myself and then went to the dealer to make sure it was accepted. The salesperson didn't know much about the car but they did have a demo and offered a test drive.

I got a text from them recently saying my Mach-E is slated for production the week of 3/14. Ford's website confirms that also. And now we wait...

Side rant: Why are electricians charging exorbitant prices to install a NEMA 14-50 outlet? I am getting an estimate of ~ $1000 to install an outlet right next to the breaker panel in my garage on the same wall. Any recommendations for an electrician who charges a reasonable price in the RDU area?

I got my GTPE from Crossroads Ford in Apex. Larry Curtisford was great to deal with. I ordered it day one back in April 2021 and got it at the end of November. Xplan and no games when I picked it up.

My wife and I picked up her MME GT in Grabber Blue from Crossroads in Apex just over two weeks ago. Of course it's been a BLAST! We were lucky enough to get Z-Plan pricing (with the updated Z-Plan eligibility limits). Mark took great care of us, although he was sometimes slow to respond to emails/voicemails.

No issues whatsoever. We were able to use Z-Plan through my uncle (that's a recent change, where before I couldn't get Z-Plan, only X-Plan through this family member).

Hey folks, Just checking in to provide an update. Received an email from Ford saying my GTPE is built and going through inspection. Delivery date is end of April/early May. Any experience from others on how long this actually takes and when I can expect it to show up at the dealer?

Hi. You will likely get a ‘shipped’ email in the next few days….as soon as tomorrow. Once vehicle ships, it’s ~11 days to KC. Then cross load to further rail transport to NC. The shipped email will provide a target window….about 30 days from leaving Mexico. You can track shipment to KC via Palsapp.
Mine shipped 28 February and arrived in KC on 9 March. My ETA is 26-31 March. Hope this helps.

Dealer told me they get notified about 24 hours out from arrival. Oh, and yes , the system can whipsaw you. Got my first ‘built and shipped’ emails in mid February only to have it pushed back. Important to follow status in palsapp.

Seconding this. It had looked like my Palsapp tracking had stalled and then I got a call that my Mach E had arrived and was ready to pick up.
