I picked up my GT on Monday. So far I love it but have some questions:
I think I have done everything to sign up for all the services (BlueOval Charge Network, Connected Built-in Navigation, Ford Streaming, and Alexa Built-in) but all of them just say "Activation Pending". If I click on the "Manage >" button for BlueOval Charging it takes me to an info screen, but for the other three I get the spinning circle and then just takes me back to the same page of services. Do I need to do anything or does it just take time for activation to complete? Would be great if they just told you what is going on.
I am unable to connect to my home wifi. I use an Asus access point and Fios router. I read other people with Fios unable to connect and a fix involving removing the domain name for some routers but Verizon doesn't allow that. Anyone have a solution for this?
The Trip screen seems very buggy. I drove about 7 miles to work in the morning and it seemed to work fine. Then in the evening when I drove home the current Trip kept the mileage from the morning and started adding on thus showing like double the miles/kwh and when I finished it now showed 14 miles. I see the same thing the day I drove home from the dealer. There is the correct trip and then later I started the car and didn't drive anywhere, but that "trip" shows the same mileage as the earlier trip but with 15m/kwh.
