GTPE------> Thoughts on Wheel Colors

Hola,

I am planning on replacing the GTPE stock wheels for looks....The stock wheels are ok to me but my MME color is Grabber Orange which I know Black or Anthracite will offset it nice. What other wheel colors or styles do you guys/gals think would change the look? I will also keep the 20" size and not go any bigger for fitment and the manufacturer's recommended size. A stagger look would make the stance a little meaner but a square setup is also not bad......

Cyber orange is a tough color to pair with. not sure what, other than black, would be good with that.

Grabber Orange would be a great color if they really made the MME in that color. I want Grabber Lime. That would really liven up the color pallet.

I love the stock wheels, but yes black could look great.

I like that black rims don't show brake dust...otherwise I HATE black rims. The rims and tires melt into a black blob. Silver, like black, is a non-color, so it works with any paint color. Unlike black, it pops. Solution? Silver face, black barrel. Remember, your eye is automatically drawn to the brightest object. If you want your wheels to be unnoticed, go all-black. Here's a mock-up of mine (the wheels arrive in 1-2 weeks).

My vote: OZ Racing Gran Turismo HLT. These are exact OEM size and weigh about 4 lbs less per. Would look great on cyber orange. I think the Diamond finish edge lip and spoke ends sets off the graphite for a bit of pop.

I like that color choice.....It's not too dark and does make it Pop with your car and Cyber Orange,m for some reason I keep saying grabber Orange.....LOL

BTW, it has been reported that the Mach-E GT, like most cars, suffers from understeer. Going to a staggered, bigger-wheels-on-the-back fitment would WORSEN the understeer. Stay square.

Personally, I like the black wheels with diamond-turned faces on my GT-PE because they match some of the trim on my car, much like the gold Snowflake wheels on my black and gold Trans Am match the decals and interior of the car. Your personal tastes might be more toward matching body color or going neutral (grey), or a huge contrast. Choose the color and style that you like. It doesn't matter what I (or anyone else) think. ??

Savini wheels has a pretty cool solution to the "I hate all black" camp. I'm in that camp. I normally go gunmetal, bronze or similar color.

This double dark tint is pretty cool I think. Kinda like a dark chrome that takes on a bit of a purplish tint.

Appreciate the feedback. For me, I like using this forum to get ideas and opinions. I could careless what someone say...LOL

Honestly, I go with what I think or my style on my car. Feedbacks are great & people have good taste on here. Especially @RetiredDP< I saw his car in person....Beautiful
