01/10/22 Build Week Chat/Gang

Getting EXTREMELY frustrated with this whole process. Original build week was 01/10. Car was on chip hold and Ford says it was build 03/07. My car STILL hasn't shipped. I am reading posts on the forum in groups for March build dates and their cars are already on their way. WTF. The Ford tracker hasn't shown an ETA for a couple months now and according to the Ford chat my estimated delivery is 04/14-04/20 which clearly isn't happening.

It's wrong. The prioritization process is so damn wrong. I'd say to write emails to corporate....but mine were met with nasty responses.

Update. Chat rep was much nicer today! Confirmed my vehicle is in the good ol U. S. Of A. Laredo TX. Waiting for an Uber train pickup to KC.

Where did you find a chat where you were able to get this response? I tried the chat on ford.com and they don't have any more info than what I can see on the Ford tracker.

I’m right there with ya. I don’t think any of us from that build week that live in the Midwest/ Great Lakes region have been shipped yet. Those of us in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan,Minnesota are all still waiting for shipment.

So frustrating. We are in Indiana. A rep told me today that ours is scheduled to be shipped on April 20, which is ridiculous, but I won’t hold my breath.

I'm in the middle of the 2 .. im in Palm Beach County ... fingers crossed your cars decided to bring a friend with them for the journey and Ford just hasn't realized it yet .. something that wouldn't surprise me in the least ...

Got in touch with a rep today same information I can see in the palsapp/ordertracker. Hoped for something new but at this point I am really close so whatever I guess.

Yes and April build dates. My March build has been sitting in a parking lot in Mexico for over two weeks.

For all the people who have received shipped notices, do you know if the car is actually in transit or could they still be sitting and waiting for shipment (ie does shipped really mean shipped or that it could also mean that it is scheduled for shipment)?

Shipped means it has departed the factory as far as I can tell.

Thanks you're more informative than Ford. My car was showing aboard with an arrival date of yesterday. Still not showing as being shipped on Ford's website. Guess it'll be surprising the dealership.
