Canada order timeline

Hi All,

just ordered my 2022 Mach E select AWD last week and was wondering if anyone had any experience with a timeline as it seems to vary between canada and the U.S. The dealership I have-ordered the car from in Burlington, Ontario says it would be 3-4’months to delivery and they also still had allocation for 2 when I bought.

I think the Select is taking less time. I ordered a Premium Trim a month ago and they told me 6 months. Hopefully yours does indeed come around the 4 months mark, that wouldn't be so bad.

I ordered a premium in October, it took almost exactly 6 months to show up

I ordered Nov 15th and it arrived at the dealer March 22. Premium extended was my trim.

Thanks all just checked with the dealer today and it is still unscheduled-clean. Hoping I have a build date in the next month or so!

Ordered a Mach-E Select AWD on April 23 at a dealership in Hamilton. I was given a 3-6 month window for delivery. Of course, I'm setting my expectations to be beyond 6 months but I'll let you know if I get any updates.

We tried a different route after a deer collision eliminated our vehicle at the beginning of April.

We called around until we found a Ford dealer with a Mach-E delivery for stock (ie. not ordered by a customer). It was difficult to find, but when we did find one, we immediately put a deposit and signed a contract for a space white premium AWD with extended battery. I'm happy with that, especially since gas has just reached $2 per litre.

The car has been sitting in Montreal for 3 weeks now (we're waiting for it to get delivered to the dealer). The delay is similar to all products today - not enough trucks to clear the backlogs.

I think I would lose my mind waiting for 6 months.

UPDATE (from 10 min ago): our Mach-E has just been delivered to our dealer. Will go pick it up tomorrow.

I'm in the Mississauga area. My order was on November 25th, Premium AWD/ER. Still waiting on a VIN, hopefully one will be generated soon.

That’s crazy what’s the secondary status of the car? I hear a lot have been delayed due to the park assist kits specifically. Here’s a picture of mine showing unscheduled-clean meaning all the parts are in stock just waiting on a build date.

I usually get updates from my Dealer. Last I was told, the order was with Ford, Priority Code set to 10 and Prep Kit was added (I see a -$350.00 credit) in my Deal Summary page. Not sure of the secondary status. What website are you using to pull the details of your order?

From your orders, how long did it took to get the VIN number for the car from the date of the order?

I placed an order on the 22nd of April for mine in a high sales dealer here in BC. My dealer sent me a screenshot where it says Unscheduled - Clean, so all is good about my order build. As I had an issue with the original sales guy that "helped" me, they bumped my order to priority 10 as courtesy.

Hope to have at least the VIN number soon, though I'm bracing for a long wait still.

That’s awesome I asked my dealer to move me to priority 10 but he said he couldn’t. I’ll update this as soon as I have my vin.
