I ordered my car through the dealer so I don't get email alerts or the same tracking tools that those that ordered online might be seeing, so I have a few questions for the folks who have received shipping notices and/or ETAs for their car:

1. Can you see your estimated delivery date on any of the online trackers? If so which ones?
2. Do you have a date displayed under "Shipped" on the Ford Order Tracker?
3. What is the current status of your car on OrderTrack?

My car supposedly shipped on the 26th or 27th, but I don't have a date under "Shipped" on the Ford Order Tracker. I also see that my order is still in "ASN" or "Advance Shipping Notice" status on OrderTrack. In theory that means it has not been handed over to the shipper yet, but who knows? OrderTrack also says that mine is one of 391 similar vehicles being tracked.

1. Only on the Ford.com Reservations and Orders tracker
2. Nope
3. At the top of the page, mine is "In Transit", at the bottom, it shows "ASN" like yours

The Ford tracker does not display a "shipped" date, only a partially filled bubble. As long as it says "Shipped" in the status, you can be reasonably confident you have actually shipped.

OrderTrack will continue to show ASN because Palsapp further locked down their systems and OrderTrack was reliant on that hole. There won't be any updates to Picked/Paired/Delivered as of a few weeks ago.

Does anyone else have trouble getting the Ford Order Tracker to actually work?

Most of the time, I put in my Order # and VIN, and then it refreshes the page and clears what I entered. Repeating the process doesn't fix anything.

Does this happen to anyone else? I can get OrderTrack to load as it should just fine.

You are not alone, my friend. I have not had many issues lately, but when I first got my VIN it was just awful.

Exactly this for a couple weeks.

Except... I just had some sort of event happen with my work computer where all of my cookies were apparently cleared. And now... The tracking page works.

Some bright person on one of the other build week forums said they wish Ford had the kind of tracking in which you follow a moving dot on a map.

Also, stupid Palsapp fixing their stupid holes. *grumbles*

My widget says there are 14 (maybe Premium AWDs)? I see you're in San Jose--I'm in SF. Maybe they're waiting for the California train.

mine is RWD ER California route 1, I think all the cars come to Kansas and then get routed to other location internally.

15 minutes w/ ford chat yielded the following:
“It looks like your Ford 2022 Mach-E is in Transit. The vehicle has been built and is being transported from the plant to the Dealership.
Latest update is that it went through Laredo, TX anticipated to be delivered at your ordering Ford Dealership between Jul-06--12-2022. No other details like rail car information has been posted yet.
For general status updates, you do have our online tracking system available:

We would recommend staying in contact with the Sales Manager at your Ford Dealership for updates as well.”

My sales guy was unable (or unwilling) to give me an ETA but he did give me this screenshot from his tracker that shows my rail car number. Anyone else seen this system before?

The screenshot seems to confirm that my car is on train and is moving, although it may be stuck in Lecheria or this tracker does not show departures. Either way hopefully it gets to my dealer soon!

Mine was at the same junction before memorial, which makes sense given it was made a few days before yours. Next main junction is Laredo.

I wonder why he didn’t give an ETA if it’s stated there on the screen that he sent you. It’s not like you’ll hold them to it.

Frankly, I don’t care where the car is at. I just want it to be delivered after July 1st when Illinois introduces $4,000 state tax credit and before July 31st when the tag on my existing car expires.

JFC! Its right there in front of me! I saw the "start date" and "end date" but did not see the ETA above them
