the Tesla S model was exciting and revolutionary. I loved them and wanted to love the 3. Unfortunately, Elon has focused on getting big numbers out the door and sacrificed quality. Now Even the wow factor is starting to suffer. Elon gets bored and moves on to the rockets, or whatever is interesting to him at the time. Who knows how much longer Tesla cars will be around?

Comparison for what specific purpose though? Most people would cross-shop based on dimensions not weight. Indeed, what makes a car a compact, subcompact, midsize, full size, etc., is not weight but size.

Comparing apples and oranges. Of course ICE vehicles have higher sales at this point in time. The real comparison is ICE vs ICE and EV vs EV.

Comparing Tesla to itself to decide it's sales are somehow exceptional is at best an incomplete picture. Particularly since last year was the first year they turned a profit, and that was helped immensely by selling their ZEV credits to FCA.

Certainly not the company whose stock is massively overpriced due to fantasy market cap. So yes, I would buy Ford over Tesla right now. It's a theory called "buy low and sell high".

Nice straw man. Nobody says they're disappearing, just that they're overvalued and are far from positioned to take over the auto market. But since you have no cogent rebuttal of any of my points it really is your only option.
