Hello,

The Ford Options can be done over 36 or 48 months. Thus if you want to lower you payments more, choose the 48 months option. Also, you should be getting $750 for the CA Clean Fuel rebate at point of purchase. Enjoy your new Mach-e!

If you are referring to the $500 deposit that you made when ordering your Mach-e, then you probably used your credit card so if you have your credit card statement showing that charge should be all the proof that you need.

I think they actually could give me 2500 discount and a lower interest rate, but they just chose to keep the extra 500, and didn't check for a good interest rate......

But the current deal is 2k off with ford options for 36 months at 3.9% rate
MSRP = 49875
Total price = 55266.6 (including tax + paperwork)
Downpayment = 12k, ford options = 2k

Monthly payment at 3.90% interest is 604.43

Baloon payment is 23940

Can someone cross check if these numbers look correct... :-|

Yep, unfortunately you are correct. According the Clean Fuel Rebate website, this particular rebate is now at $0. I got my Mach-e 4 months ago and was lucky enough to still get $750. However, you can still apply for the $2,000 California Clean Vehicle rebate as soon as you get your new Mach-e home.... Don't wait to apply for it.... :)

Thanks for checking.... Yeah that's unfortunate.

Also, do u know if I can still get the earlier federal credit of 7.5k (ie. Without income limit) as I'm still buying car in 2022? Please let me know:)

I haven't done much research about the new limitations on EV Fed credit since the Inflation Reduction Act was passed effective Aug 16th. I believe that the only limitation for the Mach-e effective this year (for 8/16/22 through 12/31/22) are the new income limitations. Since I got my Mach-e on 6/30/22, I'm still fall under the old rules. Since your purchase date is today, then I believe that the new income limitations will apply to you. Said another way, if your 2022 income is below the new income limitations, you will still be eligible for the $7,500 EV Fed credit.
Have a good weekend!

Got my MME GT a week ago. Ordered 3/24, Ford Options 48 got me $1k incentives in Texas and I got 1.4% APR. But they would only give me that APR for Ford Options not regular financing. I just paid MSRP - $1k incentives + sales tax + ~$300 in gov fees.

Make sure you check out the page of the contract that has a section that says "ITEMIZATION OF AMOUNT FINANCED". They never showed it to me, and when I got home I saw there was a $701 mistake (a lease thing, but this isn't a lease). It got corrected after a couple of days and my payment went down. I thought it was a sneaky thing, but it was just a real mistake. All good now.

Thanks everyone for the help....
I got my car finally and I'm happy with it. Although I would have not got most of the deals, I still got a pretty reasonable pricing I guess, especially from a tough dealership!

This forum was very helpful to understand and verify Various aspects of payment and gave me lot of info!!! Thank again.!!

my income is above the cap limits.
But since I ordered earlier this year and got the car in 2022, will I at least get the 7500 federal credit?? I was really looking forward to get it , is it possible to get irrespective of income limit

Yes, the full value of the $7500 federal tax credit is available to you. The income limits, battery sourcing, and battery production restrictions don’t kick in until 2023.

Income restrictions don’t kick in until 2023. Only restriction that kicked in on August 16th was the North American final assembly requirement.

It's not an automatic $7500 credit to your federal taxes, you need to declare your EV purchase during your 2022 income tax return preparation, be sure to let your accountant know or claim yourself in case you prepare your return by yourself.
There is no "system" where it will be automatically applied, so if you don't claim it, you won't get it.
