Picking up Mach-E AWD order back in February this Saturday! However dealer said that Ford now requires all purchasers for electric vehicle to sign a one-year non sell contract. I thought that was just for F-150 and not applicable to Mach-E? Has anyone else been told or needed to sign this? If yes, just curious how enforceable is the contract. What if I lose job within a year and need money, I still not able to sell? What if I just want to transfer title to family member and not technically āsellingā? Very strange consumer is getting forced into signing these contract when it was not there when I placed the order.
