Scheduled Start missing from FordPass app

Is anyone else missing the scheduled start option from the app? This just started happening recently.

Should have referred to it as "Departure Times". Just updated the iOS app to V4.23 and I see it listed under charge settings now but it is greyed out

That may be because you don't have any charging locations. Try plugging in for a bit and see if the option becomes available.

Plugged the car in and still the same issue. I also aren’t showing that the car is charging in the app. I did the connected services toggle earlier this morning hoping that would fix things.

Some people lose saved charging locations after an update. Is your car charging correctly based on its location settings set in the car itself?

Similar problem. Remote start, etc seems to work; I think charge settings (charge time/max charge level) work; all functions are available in vehicle. But departure times missing from the app (shows the next departure time scheduled in the car but no ability to adjust from the app)

Car seems to be charging fine at home using my Chargepoint. Where in the FordPass app should I set my charge location? Can't seem to find it.

Set them in the car, not the app.

I checked the car & the location was still there. I deleted it and will add it back in once the car completes this charge cycle.

Just be aware that it may charge to 100% if you deleted its location.

Yeah - I'm kind of stuck. Can't add it back until It completes. I zigged when I should have zagged and it was deleted inadvertently. Should be done in another couple of hours.

Added the location back in. Still no love. App won't tell me when the car is charging at all. I also noticed no entries under My EV driving either. So, is it the Power Up 3.6.1 update or is it the FordPass 4.23 update? I'm at a loss here.

OP: I have an Android phone; when I updated to new FP version, I had to uninstall FP and re-install. FP has worked fine since then. I tried a forced stop and logged out but it did not fix the problem.

So you think I should uninstall/reinstall? Same would go for my wife's phone too?

OP: I had to un-install FP app and then re-install on my Android phone. My wife has an I Phone and she did not have to un-install FP. Worked fine on her phone.
