I received this but cannot use it. Ford says there is no contract because it is a gift and here is proof in OASIS that you have it. The TripleCare vendor says the only way to file a claim is with a copy of the contract, they never heard of OASIS. So the vendor says it is Ford problem and Ford says it is a vendor problem. No signed contract, no claim. Anyone been able to break the cycle?

Is it wrong to be a bit annoyed at how this went out? Not sure if I'd even need the coverage but feels bad to be left out, not sure how much earlier of an adapter I could have been lol

I agree. I've been a pretty big critic of Ford's software issues, but it seems like they are at least trying even if the progress is painfully slow.
Sure beats VW! id.4 still requires trips to the dealership to update the antiquated and buggy software.

Odd. I received it and my delivery was after yours. Maybe it was only 2020 production?

hmmm.... is Ford only sending these to their "happy customers"? I received a product quality survey from few weeks ago and I provided honest feedback but I absolutely roasted them due to a rollercoaster ownership experience over the past year.
I don't think so. If that was the case then I would have been excluded because my feedback is somewhat honest and brutal.

Weird to hear about all these Job 1 buyers getting this and meanwhile I did the same survey and haven't heard a peep :(
Not all Job 1 buyers got the package. Some got lumps of coal. ;)

I don't think it's wrong to be annoyed. I'm happy for all the folks who got the offer, but a bit sour that I didn't. Did you purchase any extended warranty or services? I'm beginning to think that having any kind of "Care" package already on our cars made us ineligible for the offer. Or maybe it was a coin flip. I doubt we'll ever know.

You know, I was wondering the same. I did originally purchase PremiumCare when I took delivery, but realized how much the dealer was overcharging me, so I got a refund within the first month or two. I never purchased any other warranties though, but maybe that flagged something?

That's my working theory. Somebody posted the internal bulletin from Ford that showed that this offer does not apply to owners in Florida or to anyone who had already purchased TripleCare. But I bet they just disqualified cars that had any existing connection to a Care contract. Which is kind of a double kick in the teeth since those are the people who actually chose to give Ford even more money. In my case, I bought the DentCare coverage a few months ago. If I hadn't, I might have gotten it for free along with windshield and tire coverage.

Or maybe it's completely unrelated.

Unrelated. I never went anywhere near DentCare or TripleCare or any other FordCare. I do not live in Florida. They did not give me the free TripleCare.

Unrelated. I never went anywhere near DentCare or TripleCare or any other FordCare. I do not live in Florida. They did not give me the free TripleCare.

Okay, I guess I'll stick with the coin flip theory then.

I have nothing extra on my care in the way of extended coverage. I still didn’t get the package. One reason may be that none of the involved companies do business here, however neither does ElectrifyAmerica and I still got 500 kWh of “free” charging that I can’t use.

I have nothing extra on my care in the way of extended coverage. I still didn’t get the package. One reason may be that none of the involved companies do business here, however neither does ElectrifyAmerica and I still got 500 kWh of “free” charging that I can’t use.
My 500kWh will also expire without any of them being used.

I called for a PDR:

+1 800-321-7790

They said i wasn't in the system yet. Calling Ford customer service.

Note, I have a 2021 with an email saying 2022.

UPDATE: I called support, they transferred me back to protection, they transferred me again... No one said it was fixed in the system but after 45 minutes I had to hang up to get to work.
I'm still not in the system so they can't book anything. Has anyone successfully booked a repair or got ford to recognize them?
