If you haven’t gotten it yet, it might just be a matter of time. I wouldn’t be surprised if some are left out in the cold from this. But come on folks, this is free stuff that no one was expecting. When have you gotten a free coverage program from any car manufacturer after date of purchase? I can’t think of a time I’ve heard of this. Also, although I got the email, it hasn’t show up in Ford Pass, I suspect it won’t.

Oh, they may get around to it. But, when I read up on it previously it didn't apply out here. So giving it to us was like giving me the 500 kWh at EA when I got the car ... meaningless.

I received the same "gift" from Ford a few days ago. Apparently they still think I own the Mach E. Wish I could transfer it to somebody on here. I was an EA and did take the survey they sent out. ?

Got this email too. The subject line says "A note about your gift for owning a 2022 Mustang Mach-E® SUV"...but my MME is from 2021.

Hopefully just a mail-merge mistake?

The email I received had the same 2022 reference for my 2021 vehicle, but I also received a message via Ford pass that didn't reference the year.

First edition '21 owner here, member of EA program. I was not offered the gift. Suffered through various recall issues including close to one year stuck 1.72 update fiasco, windshield wind noise mitigation, and windshield recall.

Interesting that one of the many on-line surveys I have filled out included the survey regarding what type of complimentary gift I would find appealing. I also have done several hour+ long sessions one-on-one with Ford engineers discussing various prototypes they are considering. I guess those hours of my time are not exactly valued by Ford. I did call the EA customer service, and she checked my account and responded that "maybe" I would get some future promotional gift but wasn't selected for this one.

Kinda leaves a bad taste in my mouth...?

Same here as you, but I have learned life is not all equal or fair all the time. My guess is that corp set a limit and they chose owners at random. We didn't make the cut etc.

Here's mine. Coverage started Oct 4th, 2022. Don't think it's transferable to another vehicle (assigned by VIN).
