This kind of screw-up is a huge obstacle to Ford's success. Giving people a reward for the less-than-stellar experience they had is a great idea. But not being able to use that reward, with nothing in the fine print saying "it will take us time to set this up" is embarrassing. Come on @Ford Motor Company!I'm still not in the system so they can't book anything. Has anyone successfully booked a repair or got ford to recognize them?
