Wow, that is a pretty fast turn around for this type of job. If it wasn’t for the couple days of Ford engineering pulling and then analyzing data I think I would have had the same turn around time as well. I am glad though Ford was able to pull the data first and analyze it since hopefully it will provide valuable information that will be used for the future. I am glad to hear they have you back on the road again so quickly.

Took mine in with the same symptoms. Dealer cleared the codes and gave it back. WORKS GREAT!!

I tried but was having issues with my phone and bluetooth. I didn’t have a chance to fix it before I took it in. I asked what the tech pulled and they couldn’t tell me. Guess I’ll find out at some point. Wouldn’t the software update trigger an SVS again before an SSN message? I know, not necessarily right? Phone is connecting now to CarScanner so if it happens again I can check it.

My PAAK actually showed the codes that it threw and showed the HVBJB failure.

Extra info: the failures showed on my PAAK before I got to the dealer and the dealer had all the info already, OTA I think
