Ford tracker doesn't show me any date....

For me, the tracker does not have an ETA but the Order/Reservation screen does: https://www.ford.com/buy/my-vehicles.html#/?gnav=header-account (and then click your order).

I use the Shop.Ford.com site and the traditional order page - both say it's shipped with an ETA by tomorrow....

I just spoke with customer service. The rep said that the history was last updated on 1/3 and it was in Kansas with an eta of 2/14 -2/20. When he checked the GPS on the vehicle, it is already near the PA/NY border. He said according to the GPS, I should see it sooner. I hope so.

Got a VINview update from my dealer. Seems to be taking it’s sweet time and will definitely miss the 1/4-1/10 ETA.

He said it shows ‘delayed’ with no ETA currently.

Got a VINview update from my dealer. Seems to be taking it’s sweet time and will definitely miss the 1/4-1/10 ETA.

It's from the dealer - new tracking in real time called VIN View.

Not sure. Which dealer did you order with?

Try asking them specifically for the VINview tracking update.

Ford chat today pushed ETA from 1/9 to 1/23, a few more weeks and this will make a full year since my original order was placed...

Estimated Delivery 1/17/2023 - 1/23/2023

Union Pacific phone trace is holding steady with a 1/12/23 estimated arrival, although the time has slipped to 1:24pm (seems very specific lol).

Yikes after looking at all your guys delays I feel like my window is likely not gonna happen. It showed/ still shows 1/9 through 1/15. But my last update according to ford chat showed it in Texas. With ETA of 1/15. I am Cali so not good

Yours may show up - you still have a couple of days.

After the date reaches 1/15 - and no delivery, your window will slip into another time frame estimate.

We have seen some orders arrive earlier than estimated so anything can happen.

I just hope mine does not get so delayed - like March is a scary month - when the IRS rules on the battery mineral/sourcing guide....

Ask Ford Chat for your rail car info. I bet your Mach-are is on the train with mine.
