Fordpass App suddenly not connecting to MME

So finally received PowerUp 4.2.2 within 24 hrs of getting 4.1.2 (only after a 2 day visit with dealership trying to unstuck the OTA's). Have the new Sync 4A UI, and phone is connecting to car with PAAK and ApplePlay working. BUT, now the FP app won't let me connect to vehicle, with blank home screen, and the vehicle tab states:
"This vehicle does not have connectivity. If you have a connected vehicle, you can see its status here".

Any ideas how to get FP app "reconnected" to my MME?

Weird, can you see the vehicle in your ford dashboard (log in to ford.com on computer)?

Yes, shows up there, along with my connected services.

Go drive it and try again. Give it a day or two to fix itself before you go crazy resetting stuff.

I had the same issue. Ford pass showed no update in 24 hrs. There was another thread on this. Happened to me 2 days ago. Thread suggested pulling fuse 11 in the footwell, wait 10 min and plug back in. It worked for me

Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. Has happened to me in the past when I have received a OTA but usually happens when I get a FP update.

Good advice! I woke up this morning and opened the app, once the screen refreshed the car was reconnected. Hopefully just a “one-off” issue.

I would say this is a fordpass issue not a vehicle issue. I have 4 fords and fordpass couldn't communicate with any of them yesterday all day. This seems to happen about once a week.
