Recently the handle has cracked right on the plug end that inserts into the cars charge port. It is now very difficult to plug in and remove from the car. I've found this company EVDOCTOR 4EARTH that does repairs to chargers. Has anyone used them and what was your experience? I'm using the charger that came with the MAch-E for reference.

Unfortunatly, The latch on the charger handle is fine. Whats cracked is the inner plastic housing on the plug. So it's not round another which means I have to forcfully push the plug into the port and is difficult to remove when done charging.

I can try and get it covered under warranty, but with prior experience trying to get things covered I doubt they will.

I would certainly try it before paying for a repair. I'm not saying you should, but I would think they could use the SSM to justify replacement if the latch somehow got snapped off before you brought it in.
