I'm out in St Charles city with my MME GTPE Grabber Blue since July '22! Took delivery at Pundmann Ford.

Nice to virtually meet y'all!

Hello, has anyone had their Mach-E serviced in the area and recommend a dealer? Local dealer in O’Fallon, IL (aka Awfulberg Ford is what I call it) has always been a pain to deal with. I haven’t had any problems but I’m around 15k miles and thought I should get maintenance service done soon as I missed the 10k service. Any suggestions/experiences are appreciated!

I have not had service yet; but I was researching STL area dealers in case something happens.....HVBJB.....ya never know know. Anyway, I saw Lou Fusz in Chesterfield Valley was listed as a quick turn around on the HVBJB. So I assume they know their way around the car.

I bought my car at Clement Ford in O'Fallon, MO. Can't say it started off well as my car failed two days later and it spent a month in the shop where the rear drive and 12v battery were replaced. Not their fault, really. My biggest issue with them was they were slow to get me a loaner and getting updates was like pulling teeth.

Since then, I've put 4000 miles on it without any problems and have reviewed all sw updates to 4.2.4. Love the car. Haven't tried charging anywhere but home so far.

Fortunately my wife and I haven’t had a problem with either of our Mach-Es (knock on wood) except for the crappy ford mobile chargers, which both overheat/fault constantly despite troubleshooting with Ford (even in my vented garage at 60 degrees…). Got a Grizzl-E on same setup and absolutely zero problems.

Since we haven’t had any issues so far requiring service I’m just concerned about trusting a dealer to know what they’re doing and will make the maintenance service beneficial instead of possibly messing something up. After all, the 10k and 20k services mostly seem to just rotate tires and inspect vehicle/fluids.

Im in Chesterfield and got mine in Marble Hill in late February; at that time there was very little inventory around STL that was not marked up. It was discouraging. Things seem to have changed in the past few weeks, though.

I, too, am a home charger as my driving radius is really only about 25 miles. I began with the Ford charger but have since moved to a low level ClipperCreek L2. So far so good. This technology makes so much sense for city driving. I’m so glad I did not overthink my decision and hold back on this purchase….as long as I don’t have any problems LOL!

I use an Emporia charger and am very happy with it. My daily drive is roughly 90 miles round trip. I love my mach e for the drive as it's pretty much all highway and a lot of it hands free. I've had it back from the shop since the first week of February and will hot 4200 on Monday. I hear the Ford Dealer in Troy is good. I may check in with them when it's time for my 10000 mile check this summer.

I am still waiting for delivery sometime this week or next. I only ever see a black one some mornings on my way to work on I-70. My coworkers keep snapping pictures of other Mach Es driving around and show me. Because I said I have only seen one other out driving.

I've seen a red on on 370 heading west a few times. And there is a black gt that I see in warrenton fairly regularly. If you see a dark matter gray on on I-70 between STL and west, it's probably me.

I have been pulled over for no front plate. I have been pulled over for mildly tinted plate covers. I have been pulled over for window tint (twice). But I have not yet been pulled over for failing to properly display my EV decal.

Wow. That's crazy. Between knowing people who have left off the front plate for years and the dealer telling me it wasn't necessary, I didn't think any copsnwere enforcing it.
