No free space in HDD in MY mme 2023

Stunned not to receive OTA updates I went to see the available disk space. It is full, how is that possible?

I don’t believe the disk is full, it means the disk is being accessed 100% ?! Bill P

I'm not sure that the OP is wrong. I've never seen my disk usage exceed 15% (going through my past photos) and I'm currently at 11%. He might be on to something. If there's no room to download the update then it obviously won't download.

My current sync version is also 4.2.2 and haven't received an OTA update since March. We bought our 2023 Premium SR in February. I haven't ventured a look at the diagnostics (not sure I would know where to find it let alone understand what I'm looking at) but I have been worried that I'm not getting additional updates. Based on these forums it sounds like you get them when you get them and there is no "schedule" to follow. Seems so random...

I have a 2023 RT1. I was on 4.2.2 since March as well. I was accepted to EA at some point in late March or early April and got 0 OTAs until 3 days ago, got the 4.2.3 update. I have no idea how Ford decides who gets updates and when
