Squeaking noise after starting the car coming from dash area

I’ve had this squeaking noise coming from the dash area after I start the car. Happens every time. I’ve attached a video. It’s at the dealer now but they’ve had the car for ten hours and haven’t been able to fully diagnose it yet which is ridiculous. They said it may be the evaporator or something like that? Any ideas?

Does it happen with the HVAC off?

I’m not sure because I usually have some sort of climate control on whether it be AC or heat. It’s at the dealer now so I can’t check that. I personally think it’s something with a vent baffle opening or something like that but I’m no mechanic

Yeah it’s a cute little fart sound but I’m done with it at this point

I vote air damper. My RX (actually ALL of my RX's made a little fart sound like that when I hit the brakes, only in Flagstaff.. the alt change caused some seal to just squeak).
