My Job1 seems to get all it's updates a month to several months after everyone else. I just got 4.36 the other day, surprisingly. But I question the letter I got from Ford that said to take it to the dealer to get the BC update, so I expect more than a couple modules need to be touched.
Job 1 Early Access here and I usually get updates within the first week of anyone getting it.

Sitting here on DCM-LAT, figure this won’t happen OTA for me. Last numbered Power-Up I got was 4.2.6.

I've been waiting on a new APIM for 3+ months now. I have never had BlueCruise or received an update because of it for a 2021 CA Route 1. It's been a very frustrating experience, and by the time BlueCruise eventually works, I will be outside the trial window. Is there anything you can do to speed up APIM delivery or extend my BlueCruise trial @Ford Motor Company?
FYI - I took my 2021 CA Route 1 to the dealer for the initial blue cruise update.

I was one of the first Job 1 cars on this site to get BlueCruise 1.0. I got power-up 4.3.6 on July 19 which puts me somewhere in the later half of people getting that update. I don’t believe Early Access means anything for this upcoming update to BlueCruise 1.3.

The last OTA I received was on July 21st called “Smart Changes”. Not sure what it does. 4.3.6 was awhile ago.

No, 4.3.6 was the latest GWM update to prepare for the BC 1.3 rollout (presumably)

Seems like 4.3.6 was only for Job 1 vehicles. I haven't seen anyone with a 22 or 23 get it at all. So the smart changes update that everyone got is likely the opening of the door for 1.3 so we all might get a 4.X.X update higher than 4.3.6

When I saw 4.3.5 and 4.3.6 rolling out, I noticed that most (if not all) of those that I saw receiving it were '21 Job 1 owners. I did a quick survey here to try to spot a trend.

https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/quick-ea-member-survey-re-4-3-5-and-4-3-6.29493/#post-669981

It appears that 4.3.5 and 4.3.6 were, indeed, what I would call level-up releases to get those '21 Job 1's up to speed with other model years/versions, at least in prep of the next major release.

Before @Jimrpa and the Frunky Bunch jump into the thread and turn it into the "FrunkCruise Never Update" thread, I don't believe 4.3.5 or 4.3.6 did any Frunk magic, so, please do not try to take this thread over like, umm, soooooo many other threads. I promise I will not hijack unrelated threads to talk about the Active Park Assist that so many of us have never received or had the option to buy using our "credit" (and may not care about).
That out of the way, I think these two updates were primarily Driveline and ADAS updates to prepare for BlueCruise 1.3. It would appear that those updates will enable to Ford to bring many, or most, cars to a common Power-Up release, maybe 4.5.x (assuming they used the 4.4.x releases, internally, to work through BlueCruise 1.3 and other bugs.

Possible Bonus:
Moving as many cars as possible to a common Power-Up release should also streamline internal development for bug fixes, improvements/enhancements, and new features like Pet Mode, 5-Second limit changes (recently mentioned by Darren Palmer), etc.

You beat me too it.
Your post took what I wrote, and edited it down to a nice, more bit-sized post. ;)

Mach-E software configuration management and merging to a common branch will happen. We will colonize Mars first, but it will happen.
