One of my huskies, Fenrir…

…and the aftermath of bringing Fenrir’s big sis, Sonja an all white with blue eyes husky, home one day ???

And not a pet, but the most recognizable product the company I work for makes…the Aachen HEAD getting ready to make some binaural road noise recordings. We took the car to a dyno for some WOT measurements only to find the 5 yr old 8500 Newton AVL dyno wasn’t able to handle my car above 80% under full load. A Ford engineer told us afterwards they didn’t think a standard 4 wheel chassis roll dyno could handle a Mach-e…and we proved him right ?

I like using the dog hammock and highly recommend as a way to haul dogs across the back seats. You can also fill the floor area underneath so your dog has more firm laying width. We use one in our Ford Fusion hybrid sedan across the back seats. Our dog has hopped into the MME cargo space but we don't haul him in it.

Thanks for the suggestions @Fremont Kid . Cookie is now 13 years old. Most of the time she is sleeping along the length of the back seat. The pose in the pic, is a rarity. I do have a seat cover now, which can be put into a hammock position, but she gets too anxious then. I'll fill up the leg room area with some cushioning, just in case she slips on a hard brake.

Lucy the beagle, who we adopted a couple years ago. She is full of cancer and deaf, but such a sweet dog.

Andy, the corgis mix (maybe shepherd?) who is practically deaf and blind in one eye. Also a rescue dog.

We are on the way to the Outer Banks!
