Thank you! Will try this out and let you know. ??And I haven't done this myself because I haven't needed to...you may want to go to the TCU section of the tools menu and have a go at provisioning your TCU.
Your TCU right now isn't working because the car's expectations are that it's in the UK somewhere. Running the TCU provisioning tool routine may get your car's TCU online there with a local cell carrier. I don't know that it will work, but it might be worth a try. It's not working now...so might as well give it a go..can't be worse than it is now.
That one normally takes about 52 minutes to an hour.Oh. I haven’t followed that order and I’m still updating. I’ll do those as soon as it finishes the current CMR update which is taking a long time…
I know how you feel. I JUST got 4.1.2 - more than 2 1/2 years after buying the car!!!I imported a new Mach E4 Premium from the UK to the Seychelles where I live.
Since day one, I have not been able to get any OTA updates despite being connected to the internet via WiFi.
It is still on Sync Version 411 five months later after getting it. When I scan for updates, it says the software is up to date.
Any ideas how to get the OTA updates working? Thank you.
