During my vacation, I connected my Mach E to a public terminal whose trigger was defective.
Unfortunately, neither Ford customer service nor the terminal customer service could help me at 11:50 p.m. on December 25.
I had to continue my journey by Uber.
The terminal company unstucked my car two days later.
I had to pay for two Ubers and a car rental and gas to get my car back which was 90 miles away from my hotel.
Do you think I have any appeal against the charging company?
