Check connected vehicle settings in the car. If everything is on, try turning off and back on again.
Is range and SoC info properly updated in your app?

Thanks I’ve already tried that. I have an open case with Fordpass Guides. They suggested that as well.
Soc and range won’t refresh after the vehicle skis for about an hour.

My remote start stopped working about a week ago. Everything else in PAAK seems to be working and car status is updating. If this is just another @Ford Motor Company software bug, I wish they'd hurry up and fix it. Remote start is great on cold winter mornings.

My case with Fordpass Guides was closed yesterday. They said the Engineers are saying The controls are not working because my 12v state of charge is too low. I don't really believe this answer since I have had no success using the remote control features at many different states of charge on the 12v battery.

Can you report what your 12V charge level % is on your Ford Account Dashboard? Directions and link here: https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/how-to-get-failed-otas-to-install.29749/

It’s currently at 81%. When I try to remote start/unlock right now (no Bluetooth connection) it just spins for for about a minute then says “failed to start/unlock”. If I try to pull down to refresh stats in Fordpass it spins then times out and doesn’t update.

Yeah I think it's an issue with your software, 81% should be enough battery to keep things active. You probably need a GWM/TCU update to restore those functions. You're not seeing the "System off to save battery" message or anything on the screen in the morning right?

No I do not get any messages like that in the morning. How would I go about getting a GWM/TCU update? Dealer? Of course I’m now 15 miles out of warranty.

Yikes, well yes that would be a dealer thing unless you can find someone locally with FDRS equipment. Or buy an extended warranty.

I actually had someone on the forum run my VIN through FDRS a few weeks back and looking at it now it doesn’t show an update available for GWM or TCU

True, you might have to wait for the 24-PU0102-SVD-FX OTA.

I have the same issue. Via Bluetooth, remote start works great. Cellular is another story. Maybe 30% of the time the remote start button is active in the app. The other 70% it does nothing. Gotta love technology!
