It would be really helpful if the reposts you made in this thread were actually from Mach-E owners instead of just from any random person. I don't care what someone else thought about your mirrors. That has no impact on what I might experience with my own purchase.
Thanks for the feedback! Just wanted to let people know what our customers thought of their SUMA mirrors :)

If you have a blind spot between you rear view mirror and your external mirros it's because the external mirrors are not properly adjusted. This from The Car Talk Guys:
"
For years, we'd been setting our side-view mirrors so that they gave us a view of the back corner of our cars. This is the way it's been done for generations - from grandfather, to father, to us! But we finally discovered something very interesting. The back corner of the car never moves. It always stays in the same exact place. So there's really no reason to keep an eye on it.

By moving the side mirrors farther out, you can line up all three of your mirrors so they have minimal overlap -- and you can see everything behind you and beside you."

Note I tried to insert a link to their web site (https://www.cartalk.com/content/avoiding-blind-spot-5) but the forum keeps changing it back to this thread.

I'm interested in hearing how people are finding the heaters on these mirrors. (I've not had a reason to use that feature yet.) When I did my initial testing of the mirror, I discovered that the SUMA heater is much smaller and hotter than the OEM one. It also gets to a substantially higher temperature. In my limited tested with a Fluke 62 Max infrared thermometer (not the best thing to use for this type of testing, but probably useful for comparison between the SUMA and OEM mirrors), the SUMA got up to 107ºF where the heater is but fell off very rapidly as I measured further from the heater, while on the OEM the temperatures were no more than about 73ºF and were much more even.

In the video below the mirror on the right is the OEM while the one on the left is SUMA.

This is true, and I had my OEM mirrors adjusted like that. However there are times when you want to see the car in your lane behind you from the perspective of the driver-side mirror; that gets a bit awkward with the OEM mirrors. With SUMA, it's baked in. ?

What is really funny to me is that the company made a sponsored post in the Mach E forum about their product, but the YT video in the first post in the thread does not even feature a Mach E.

We didn't have a Mach E at the time to do a product review. The video in the OP is to show the difference between any OEM vs SUMA.

I bought these mirrors. Install was easy, and I like the glare reduction at night (I have the blue ones). Haven't noticed any issue with the heat, but I also haven't tested it as my car is garaged. One random nit - the shiny B&O badge on the dash is constantly reflected in my passenger side mirror and I find it annoying. That's not really a Suma problem, just a thing to be aware of. Also, I think it would be nice if they offered a mixed blue/non blue set. I would prefer to have a regular passenger mirror but a blue driver mirror (the blue mirrors provide an overall darker reflection).

Fitted mine yesterday, now I can see Mt. Diablo better when I am stuck in traffic ?
