Car won’t start. Locked out. Making loud banging noise

Out running errands and car won’t start. It will make funny noises like it’s trying to lock or unlock the car and then displays a lightning bolt inside a circle. I have a 65% battery charge. Help! Car won’t turn on and I’m stranded on a Sunday!

Try connecting a 12V battery to the leads in the front bumper cover.
Open the frunk or doors.

This is how you jump start it. You have to open the access panel in the front bumper and attach a jumper pack to the leads, then pull the panels off to get to the 12V battery:

Locked out. Have my phone with app but won’t let me in the car. Roadside assistance is on the way but an hour and a half away.

Since you probably don't have a jump start battery handy, call your Roadside Assistance service (Ford, AAA, etc) and tell them you probably need a jump of your 12 V battery (as described above in video).
