Last time I checked my SOH was 91%. I charge to 100% when going on trips. Have done multiple DCFC in a day while traveling. Normally charge to 90% each night. Just went over 80,000 miles.

The SoH drop is likely a bug. I don’t think all of the numbers are necessarily true. Figure 2-3% drop per year of pack age. If you saw a big drop, calibrate your battery.

Is the only way to calibrate to drain it to 10% then charge to 100%?
I've done that a couple times doesn't seem to change the SOH reported.

Is this SoH something you can view on the Ford website HTML code? Or do you need one of those OBD plugs from Amazon?

It sounds like DCFC may be worse than L2 charging to 100% if I read this correctly, or is this just some new guess-o-meter magic?

Interesting. My 37k '21 is now showing a SOH of 92% which I though a touch low but good to know it's all over the place and might change next month :)
Same on my 21 at 31k. So shows 92.5% battery date of November 2020.

Why would you drain it down if not needed for range? Generally not a good idea for lithium ion batteries.
Topping off from 78% to 85% nightly isn’t great either. My driving habits usually keep we above 65% day to day.

You need a OBDII scanner to check the SoH of your HVB.

You are correct - fast charging is harder on the battery than slow L2 charging.

It’s just a bunch of hearsay from years of RC car batteries. But the main goal of those best practices was to keep the 100+c discharge rates and maH as high as possible. Truth is no one really spent the time to pin down and prove any of it really had all that much effect.
